Helloooooooooo Healthy Habits :)

I like the idea of officially nurturing healthy habits once January is well underway. All of that January 1st stuff is way too much pressure. So, if you haven’t received your Habit Tracker Challenge booklet yet….it’s coming to you soon during a yoga class this week. We are about to cultivate some serious amounts of joy, energy and all around wellness THIS week and for at least the next 31 days.

If you see me at a yoga class, please tell me the healthy habits you plan to track or leave a comment. I really want to hear about what you are working on.
